Sycamore Pumpkin Festival

Each year around Halloween, the people of Sycamore hold a pumpkin festival. It started in 1962 and includes activities such as pumpkin decorating and pie eating contests, a carnival, food vendors and a parade held on the last day. Most of the events are held on the courthouse lawn.
