The Henry School operated in the city of Polo from 1878 until 1957. It now contains displays about the Black Hawk War, the Galena Trail and the Hemp Mill, among others. Visitors can view the school from April to October on Wednesday afternoons, or contact the Polo Historical Society to arrange an appointment. It is located south of Polo on Route 26.
