Lena Parks & Gardens
Established in 1948, the Lake Le-Aqua-Na State Park has numerous facilities to entertain visitors. It boasts a 40-acre (17-ha) man-made lake, which is used for swimming, fishing, boating, canoing and paddle boating. There are numerous picnic areas for all sizes of groups, a campground, trails for year-round activities, a summer concession stand and many popular nature, animal and birdwatching areas.
Lions Park is the largest park in Lena. As a popular family destination, this park has numerous picnic areas, gardens, sand areas, basketball courts, baseball diamonds and much more. Ice skating can be found here in the winter and a concession stand during the summer. Next door to Lions Park is the Splashland Family Water Park and a mini-golf course.
