German Valley Historical Museum
The German Valley Historical Museum boasts a collection of artifacts significant to the town and area. Many of the settlers came from Germany, which the museum addresses in some displays. A kitchen, dining room, school room and military area are decorated in pieces collected through the year, and a farm equipment display is also on-site. The museum is open between June and November, or by appointment.

Some of the pieces date back to the 1860s and include antique tractors, machinery, toys, ads and collectibles. The museum is open by appointment or by chance.
