De Immigrant Dutch Windmill De Immigrant Dutch Windmill was designed and partially constructed in the Netherlands before being shipped to Fulton. There it was rebuilt by Dutch millwrights and masons. The windmill sits on a dike in the city, with its sails generating enough power to produce a variety of flours, which are sold in the gift shop.
