Lowell Park has provided a place for people to enjoy nature in since 1907. Sitting on 240 acres (97 ha) of land, the area holds a lake, a spring house, a nature center, hiking trails, a playground, picnic areas, a boat ramp and much more. Activities at this park include cross country and water skiing, fishing and boating, among others. President Reagan worked here has a lifeguard and saved 77 people during his time.
